INSTRUCTION

Task 2: Decisive Moment
After the completion of Task 1, Ms Anis gave us our next task which is Decisive Moment. In this exercise, we are assigned to create poster of any movie of our choice and do a slight animation to it. The poster design should be significant to the movie without giving away that entire plot of the movie.


Before sketching out some ideas for my poster, I had to decide what movie I wanted to do my poster on. I felt that since I still cant to draw human characters really well I decided to go for movies that either does not have any human characters or the human characters that doesn't require that much detail in their anatomy drawing. With that base idea in mind, I decided to browse on Google for some movie ideas that I could possibly do.  

After a through search on what kind of movie I could do, I decided to go with a quite old Pixar movie Monsters Inc. As I have finally decided on which movie I wanted to do, I decided to look up some of their official movie posters so I could get an idea on what I could do for my own sketch design.

After looking through some of the posters for the references, I was able to get an idea on what my poster sketch would be like and below is the result of my sketch.
